We are a small team of car enthusiasts with more than a decade of experience in developing electronic devices for the automotive industry. Over the years, we have worked on instrument clusters and in-vehicle infotainment systems for some of the world’s largest vehicle manufacturers, giving us a strong understanding of how automotive systems are designed and integrated.Today, we use that experience to develop hardware and software products for Tesla vehicles. Our goal is to create practical accessories that improve the driving experience by adding useful features, controls and functionality that may be missing from the original vehicle setup. Our team combines hardware, software, design and mechanical engineering expertise to develop products that integrate naturally into the vehicle interior. We focus on creating solutions that are functional, reliable and straightforward to use.Our products are designed with DIY installation in mind and are supported by step-by-step guides to make the setup process as clear as possible. They are developed to work safely with the vehicle and without affecting the vehicle’s warranty. We continue to improve our products through ongoing development and software updates, while also working on new solutions based on the needs and feedback of Tesla owners.

Just received and installed the SEXY strip! What a great product. Very thoughtful design enabling you to daisy chain other devices you currently installed in your Tesla. Very, very good quality and straightforward guided installation. Nothing but 5* and praise. Keep up the good work, guy! 😎🇧🇬😎

⚠️ Be cautious with this company! My parcel was supposed to be delivered with a signature, but it was simply lost. Even after I provided all the evidence, they replied only once a week, and I received a refund only after DHL compensated them. In the end, I waited almost three months for nothing, and they never sent me a replacement set. In the UK, other companies refund customers immediately and deal with the courier themselves. Here, you’re forced to wait until they sort it out. Result: wasted time, no replacement, and a long refund process. Beware!

We’ve reviewed the full history of this case. The shipment was marked as delivered by DHL but was reported missing afterward, so we opened a formal investigation with the carrier and remained in contact while that process was ongoing. We’d also like to clarify that the full refund was ultimately issued by Enhance while we continued our discussions with DHL — it was not conditional on us first receiving compensation from the carrier. We appreciate that the process took longer than anyone would have wanted, but the case was investigated and resolved with a full refund. - Enhance Customer Experience

I bought a S3xyKnob from Enhauto (Order #477B-035F) in November 2024. After a few months, the paint started peeling off and the knob detached, despite normal, careful use (no alcohol, no liquids). Their support first blamed me, then asked me to ship it back at my own cost, even though EU law clearly states the seller must cover return costs for defective products. Horrible experience, unprofessional customer service, and no respect for consumers. Buyers beware.

I assumed I was buying the full package that included the S3xy knob (not much use without it imo). But obviously I made a mistake somehow!!!!! Customer service offered a discount code!!! Having already spent €271+ including an extra 2 sexy buttons that I don't need ( obviously my I.T. skills are not great!!!) I could now spend a further €285+ to get my s3xy knob and a SECOND COMMANDER AND EXTRA WIRING etc.... which I can have as SPARES!!!!! not a happy camper....
