We are a small team of car enthusiasts with more than a decade of experience in developing electronic devices for the automotive industry. Over the years, we have worked on instrument clusters and in-vehicle infotainment systems for some of the world’s largest vehicle manufacturers, giving us a strong understanding of how automotive systems are designed and integrated.Today, we use that experience to develop hardware and software products for Tesla vehicles. Our goal is to create practical accessories that improve the driving experience by adding useful features, controls and functionality that may be missing from the original vehicle setup.Our team combines hardware, software, design and mechanical engineering expertise to develop products that integrate naturally into the vehicle interior. We focus on creating solutions that are functional, reliable and straightforward to use.Our products are designed with DIY installation in mind and are supported by step-by-step guides to make the setup process as clear as possible. They are developed to work safely with the vehicle and without affecting the vehicle’s warranty.We continue to improve our products through ongoing development and software updates, while also working on new solutions based on the needs and feedback of Tesla owners.

First of all Enhance has made some genuinely brilliant after market products for Tesla. I have purchased the knob, six buttons and the strip and all of them have been very easy to install and operate. They make a huge difference to my driving experience and are also a lot of fun to play around with! :) More importantly, when the knob developed a fault, Enhance took it back without issue, repaired it and returned it to me in four days total. Great experience! I highly recommend both their products and their customer service.

I had a problem with the S3XY Knob was turning green. I have sent the Knob to ENHNACE and in 1 week was back to me. I live in Romania ! 5* service !

The indicator stalks work perfectly on my 2024 model 3 highland. They have a factory finish and are mounted in what I consider the best possible way considering the challenges of making them fit, We did have a broken stalk but this was replaced without question and the customer service was great. I even got follow up emails etc. Thanks

After 1.8ish years the s3xy knob broke but i contacted support and they fixed it within a week. I'm based in NL, so bear that in mind. Love their products and the commander is the best thing in the ecosystem but the knob became so integral to the car that when it was in repairs I really missed it.

My satisfaction with the customer support and the service team is absolutely 100%. After experiencing a broken stalk, the team resolved my issue incredibly fast by delivering a brand-new replacement. Their communication was swift, always replying within a matter of hours. Besides the S3XY Stalks, I also own the Dash, Commander, and Knob. Everything has been working flawlessly since day one. The initial installation was straightforward, and I managed to do it all by myself. Thank you so much for the amazing products and the outstanding service!

After about 2.5 years, the SEXY Knob's display turned green, and the icons on the main screen became permanently burned in. It looks really cheap. The cost of repairing it is over €70. Enhance products are nice when they work, but make sure you're prepared to pay a lot to keep them running. I would not recommend the knob, considering its purchase price and repair costs.

While we can’t offer lifetime warranty coverage or free repairs indefinitely, we do try to keep out-of-warranty repair costs as low as possible. In fact, we’ve recently made changes that have allowed us to reduce the repair price further. My Experience with Enhance Auto (enhauto.com) I want to share my recent experience with Enhance Auto so other consumers can make an informed decision before purchasing. I returned my order and Enhance has confirmed that my product refund was issued. However, the company has refused to refund the $44.72 in U.S. import duties and taxes associated with my purchase. I retained nine screenshots documenting the entire checkout process. In my view, the additional charges were not clearly itemized or explained. Enhance maintains that the import charges were disclosed before purchase, but I disagree with that interpretation. I also proposed a product exchange as a practical alternative to a full return, but the company declined. My concern is straightforward: customers deserve transparent pricing, clear disclosure of additional charges, and reasonable assistance when returning merchandise internationally. I am pursuing clarification on whether the import duties can be recovered following the return. I hope Enhance will address that question constructively. I encourage anyone considering a purchase to review the company’s return terms and understand the potential costs of an international return before ordering. Thanks for taking the time to explain your experience. We’ve reviewed the case and can confirm that the product refund was processed in full. Duties are shown during checkout, and import charges are collected separately from the product price rather than retained by Enhance. We know import taxes are never pleasant, especially when a return is involved. This is not something that has previously been raised as a recurring concern by our US customers, but we appreciate the feedback and will look at whether we can make the distinction even more explicit during checkout.
