At EmotionalSupportAnimal.com, we know how animals can profoundly impact people’s mental health. Our goal is to help anyone living with a mental or emotional disability find comfort and support through a service dog or emotional support animal and learn how their relationship with their support animal can help them live a healthier, more independent, and happier life. The mental health crisis in the United States has reached alarming levels; in fact, more than 1 in 5 Americans live with a mental illness, and around 16% of Americans are on mental health medications, many of which come with dangerous side effects, may not be covered by insurance, and often don’t improve related issues like loneliness or a lack of purpose.Emotional support animals and psychiatric service dogs have scientifically proven benefits on mental health and general wellness for both adults and children. Adding a support animal to a mental health treatment plan can help reduce reliance on medications, may be more affordable than other treatment options, and can provide companionship and motivation. Plus, ESAs and service dogs are legally required to be able to live with you in nearly all long-term rental housing options, including most apartments and college dorms.

Honestly, not too sure about this organization yet. Still pending confirmation on if this is legit. I submitted an order for ESA letter and consultation. I never got an email requesting a time to schedule the consult so I called, I was told that I have not gotten an email because my payment did not go through. After further review, the person let me know the payment did not go through because I have not had an appointment :/ so she scheduled an appointment for me on 4/29/2026 for Afternoon (anytime between 12 - 4). On 4/29/2026, I got a call from Priscilla at 1 pm who was really nice but the main reason for her call was to sell me on additional items. She let me know she was going to put me in the medical providers waiting room and she will get in touch with me. I did not receive a call during the time frame from the provider. I called the team and they informed me that the provider can call anytime between the 24 hours of the appointment. This is semi frustrating because I do not want to miss the call but at this point, the call can come at any time and I have to be able to drop what I'm doing in my life to answer because there isn't a set time frame I can expect. I do feel a little bit sketch about the organization at this time and I'm hoping it is not a scam as I paid a pretty penny for the certification I need for my pet.

Brittany Hanes was amazing today! She answered all questions and concerns I had. She also gave me additional information I didn't even think about. Her personality was so helpful especially since i'm a anxious person. She made this process very smooth. Anyone who gets the pleasure of speaking with her I will let you know now that you are in great hands.
