I am very happy with the ease of ordering, the fast shipping and the overall product(s). I purchased the litter box and automatic waterer. It is so nice to not have to mess with scooping litter and my cats love it. They also are very happy with their new waterer. Great purchase price and kitty approved!!

I loved the elspet litter box at first but after a month of use I’ve noticed it’s a little stinky. I have to clean it much more often than it states. I only have one cat! The poop gets stuck on the rake area and I have to use Lysol wipes to cleanse the area. Also I haven’t been able to use the mobile app at all. It’s unusable. What I do like is that I don’t have to clean it daily but it still gets stinky and sometimes I think a regular kitty litter box would be better. In any event, I purchased the litter box due to impending surgery and I feel it will work for me in this capacity because I won’t have to clean it on a daily basis while convalescing.

I am thrilled with this product, my Pikachu is not a small cat, and he uses the litter box a lot. This product has made his litter habits easier to deal with as besides being big, he is very picky and wanted his box pristine at all times. It took a couple of days for him to get comfortable with it but now it is his gotta go to go to! Easy to empty. So glad I bought this!

So far so good, the unit is working as expected. There was a hickup about two weeks ago but then I realized I had overfilled with kitty litter and the unit wouldn't rake and kept sounding an alarm. Once I removed some of the litter, it has worked with no issues. The only time it smells is when the litter bag needs to be replaced which is about once a week. The last time I changed it I sprinkled some baking soda in the bag and that also helps with the smell.
