I really wanted to try a scoopless litter box but I didn't want to spend the crazy amount of money to purchase a Litter Robot, so I decided to try the Els Pet model. So far, it has been working pretty well. I do agree that the clumped litter bin could be larger, especially if you have more than one cat but that isn't a deal breaker for me. I was a little disappointed because the unit went on a better sale about 2 weeks after I purchased it, a total of $65 less expensive. I wrote to Els Pet to see if I could get a refund of the excess funds, but I didn't hear back for a while so I'm still trying to make that happen. Overall, I hope that it continues to work for the needs of me and my 2 cats.

Well my loving three cats are adjusting to the new one

Do not buy this!!!! It only worked for one week exactly. They are slow replying to me and have not reimbursed my money and I am willing to send it back in original box.

This litter box has made my life so easy. I use to scoop litter everyday but now I change out a bag every 3 days. I have 3 cats and 1 automatic litter box with no smell or issue highly recommend

It's nice and useful equipment. It's very convenient that I don't have to keep scooping everyday. It wasn't easy to started as the instructions wasntbtoo clear, but customer service was helpful.

This has been a game changer!! I have 2 cats, no more scooping! I waited until they had a great sale and broke down and bought one. I only wish I hadn't waited so long. I was worried at first if my cats would use it but my Abigail hopped right in! Cody was more hesitant, took about 2 days and it was no problem! I love the App on my phone as well! Can't say enough good things about this litter box!!

I have not been able to use the cat box since I got it. The cats used it and when it went to clean the rack got stuck and it won't move. It is flashing red all the time. I have sent you my purchase order and I have emailed and called and left messages. For over a month now. This is ridiculous that I spent this much money and can't get anyone to help me fix this problem.

Easy set-up, easy to maintain and cats love it. The only snag I have is aligning the step in place to snap in place.
