I had to return a bracelet for a smaller size and CS took care of it. I was given a return label at no charge for the exchange. They contacted me when they received the package, and they contacted me when my replacement was shipped. I received the package within a reasonable time and I am very happy with my purchase experience.

Really nice products with highly professional packaging. They look well made and high quality to last some time. Arrived in good time. Seems like a genuine independent business with a good story. Will definitely buy again from them. Totally recommend their products which are exactly as advertised and in some respects better than the write up.

I just received my order of five men’s rope bracelets. Haven’t had time to wear them. They fit & look great on my wrist. I consider myself high-maintenance, but that’s just my style. They will be a conservative piece with my outfits. Can’t wait to show them off! Thanks for a great product!
