Run around
Although overall my glasses are fantastic. However, I ordered photochromic lenses. The lenses sent to me do not shade under any circumstances. Ive reached out, and sent my invoice. I have not received even a automated response. I've finally started to receive responses, basically stating user error. I took pictures, not good enough. Took video, not good enough. Eventhough I was obviously outside in the sun with no tinting. Why? They say its because I was looking down and wasn't exposing the lenses to direct sunlight. They give you the run around until you give up. Okay, once again instructions were given and followed. After a few minutes with my glasses directly pointed at the sun a soft blue tint appeared. I wasn't wearing them at the time and I hope thats not the only way they work. However, a tint is a tint.

Hi Joseph, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear your photochromic lenses are not performing as you expected and we fully understand your frustration. Photochromic lenses activate with **direct UV sunlight**. In the video you shared, the lenses were facing down toward the camera and not receiving direct sun exposure, which prevents the lenses from tinting. We would really appreciate it if you could run a simple test: place the glasses on a flat outdoor surface with the front of lenses facing straight to the sun for 2 minutes and share the new video with us. Once we receive this footage, we will carefully assess and offer you a proper resolution. We are committed to resolving your issue and look forward to hearing from you. Feel free to email us at [email protected] if you have further concerns. Best regards, EFE Glasses Customer Support
