Ordered, paid, never received glasses
Ordered and paid for the glasses. Hot a message that they had been delivered, but they had not been. I immediately contacted efe, informed them that I had not received the order, attached the photo the courier sent, and a photo of my apartment entrance - they were clearly not the same. Efe answered that I should contact the courier ??? The courier called me twice asking me if I had received the package - both times I answered “no”. Efe then suggested two options: “ We have two solutions available for your order #260914024959: Option 1: We can offer you a half-price remake service. You only need to pay 50% of the total amount, and we will manufacture a brand-new pair of glasses for you. Option 2: Process the refund in accordance with our return & refund policy. Since you never received the parcel, you do not need to return anything. However, a 30% handling fee will be deducted for lenses and 20% for the frame. We would recommend Option 1. It is a more cost-effective choice for you to get a new pair of glasses.” I’m out USD 30 for the fact that they didn’t deliver an order to the address I provided - I guess I’ll buy from a more professional company next time.
