Taking forever for shipment

Excellent service. Ed went above and beyond to make my experience a happy one.

Decals were bent. Cardboard had been cut to try to protect the decals in shipment, but it wasn’t large enough to cover the decals. Disappointing and probably would have been better in a regular envelope with no thick cardboard.
