Never received my order

They sent me the wrong item. Not wotlrth the gas to drive back to the post office to return.

The batten kill spool looks like the battenkill reel with the picture. So I basically bought an overpriced spool when I thought I was getting a good deal on a reel. Misleading advertising

Ed's fly shop is so desperate to make sales that they're willing to send you a different product from what you ordered. I do realize that there are limitations in what's in stock, but send an email first before processing an order and then sending a different item. Unhelpful customer service and snarky responses.

I was sent the wrong item. Will be returning.
