We floated the Gunnison below pleasure park, with Jacob. He picked us up at our campground as we didn't have any other car than our big camper. Jacob contacted us by phone the evening before, and prepared us for the float. We caught several fish, great lunch and his willingness to share his secrets, methods was unmatched. He knows every rock, eddy, hiding place on that river.Our only regret was not being to visit the fly shop due to our early morning departure. We will be booking another trip soon.

From upstate NY, spoke with Ed about a float trip. Another gentleman in the shop wanted to go as well. We teamed up and went with Kato as our guide on the Gunnison River. We had a great day fishing. Kato was full of information and very easy to fish with. I would highly recommend this trip.

I was in the market for a mid-priced 7wt fly rod specifically targeting smallmouth with the option for saltwater. I was looking at T&T Zone, various Sage rods, and Scott Wave. I really like the Scott craftsmanship and recently purchased a Ross Animas reel both incidentaly made in Montrose, CO. Happened to find Ed's online and they where also from Montrose, CO. Ed's also offered a discount on the Scott Wave which sealed the deal. Could not be more excited to get out and fish my new gear. Communication and Shipping was fast. Ed's also has a rewards program that I am excited about and will use with future purchases. Great company would recommend them highly.
