VERY UNHAPPY. I ordered a trench coat that I really wanted and it was very low stock everywhere I looked. Editorialist seemed like a great option and I was excited to get what I ordered. Order processing took a few days but then finally when tracking was available, not long after I received a message my order had been delivered. I went to my door and no, it was most definitely not there. So then I went back to my computer to check the tracking and the order had been delivered to MONTAUK, NY! My address is in MICHIGAN. I wrote to customer service with this information and it took more than 24 hours for them to respond. When they did, they promised me they'd find out what went wrong. A day or so later, after prodding from me, they wrote back again and apologized as there was a "technical error" (oh really?) with the order and they would have to process a refund. Fine. So then I waited to hear more and a few days later, I received an email that they were waiting for me to return the item that I never received before they could process the refund. Frankly, their language was unclear, so I wrote back asking for clarity on if they were actually waiting for the item to be returned or proceeding to process my refund, which they said would happen in 3-5 days. That was 10 days ago. Still no refund. I wrote to them again and now I haven't had a response to two consecutive emails. I definitely won't be using them again and at this point, I'm hoping I won't have to resort to legal action to get my money back. Fraudulent. Companies are only as good as their customer service when things go wrong. This is a FAIL.

Hi Tamara — we're truly sorry for the issues you encountered with your order. We work with a broad range of retail partners, who we rely on to fulfill orders on our behalf. Occasionally, a partner may need to cancel an order for reasons beyond our control, which was unfortunately the case here. An error in how this cancellation was processed and communicated to our system also resulted in you receiving an incorrect tracking ID. We recognize that due to the uncommon nature of this incident our team didn't communicate well enough and this heightened your frustration. Please accept our sincere apologies. We want to assure you that your refund has been processed and should appear in your account soon. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected]. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
