The shoe I wanted and in my size was completely sold out. And I couldn't find it anywhere else online. BUT, somehow the Editorialist found it! SO HAPPY!

Wonderful experience! Ordered a pair of high-end shoes at a decent price. Because of the tariff situation, shipping took a little longer than expected but my shoes arrived without issue. Impressed. Thank yiu Editorialist!

Amazing. The item was no longer available from their primary partner duo, so they took the extra step to source it from an alternative partners and covered the additional cost with no added expense on my end!

Great communication, including about exorbitant tariffs that they covered for my first purchase; quick shipping; and item arrived exactly as shown. Excellent experience!

I bought a pair of ME+EM sandals through them. A day later they sent me an email saying it’s not available anymore and although they will keep try to find it, if I want I should click “here” and cancel my order. I did because I could see the pair was available directly on the ME+EM site. So, I canceled my order from them and bought the pair directly from. ME+EM. Next thing you know, here comes another email from them saying they did manage to find it and it’s been shipped. And they cannot cancel it. So, they have a major glitch in their software, which they are not acknowledging, apologizing for or trying to fix. Instead, they are inconveniencing me by suggesting how I can decline the package when it arrives, in other words I have to guard its arrival, or return it after I get it. Seriously? The nerve they have to run a business this way is stunning to me. Very bad experience.

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and bring this to our attention. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the confusion it caused. To clarify, this is not a system glitch. When we are unable to process an order within 4 hours of it being placed, we proactively notify our clients that the item is still unfulfilled during this time. We completely understand how frustrating this situation was, especially after you had already chosen to cancel. Please rest assured that your feedback has been shared internally, and we are working to improve our communication and system notifications so experiences like this are clearer and smoother in the future.
MIne was a unique experience that went on for weeks. I purchased a dress that was too large. For what remains a mystery, the dress was returned to the wrong place. It became a would-be comedy of errors, although I was not laughing. Every step of the way, until my refund finally came through, the team at Editorialist stood with me, helped me, and finally made sure I received my funds. In an often cold, corporate world, the kind of support I received from Editorialist was remarkable, human, and deeply appreciated. Thank you!
