I'm not sure if the stores are independently owned and operated or not but..... Every single store I've been in is TRASH!!! I thought maybe by doing my orders through the app would be better but its actually worse. They never have my order correct. I always end up having to have my drink remade because they don't know what they're doing. The only reason I even go there is because its across from my job. I'll just have to take that 5 min walk to Starbucks.

Definitely one of the cutest coffee spots in town! They always have a great range of different freshly made donuts-until they sell out!!! best to go early to avoid disappointment! My favorite are anything with peanut butter!Perfect place for coffee snobs!!!

I wrote 3 reviews on Apple iTunes which were all deleted. Why? Because this app stole money from me and doesn’t want others to know? $20 was auto reload from my debit card-I didn’t authorize it or requested it. I hadn’t used the app in over a year. Customer service is closed on weekends and apparently for lunch so you can’t reach anyone after 7 pm on Friday or before 7 am on Monday and between 11-noon during the week. The agent, Rebecca got me refunded but it makes me very wary that she wasn’t able to find the charge. It was the first and only charge in over a year, not something that requires extensive research to find. There was also a balance which she stated she would forward to her review team. No info on if they would follow up via email or phone. Refund will take 3-5 business days. No compensation for the $60 NSF they caused me—this auto reload was on their end, not mine. No apology from the agent, she sounded as if she’d rather be doing anything than assisting me. Once my refund is received, I’ll delete the app. This company is horrible and the app worse.

Visiting their stores is a mixed experience. In 3 stores I've visited in New York - the employees looked like they had better days and disgruntled. They sounded like soulless automatons when they "welcome" you. Donuts were sometimes fresh and oftentimes stale making this junk food more "junk". Coffee tastes like crap and never gave any store a second chance. The only pleasant DD store was in Fort Lee, NJ when I visited in the night time.

Today the price of a Donut rose to $1.49 at Dunkin Donuts....a dozen now costs $11.99. Burn in hell you Greedy company. Anyone paying these prices is out of their minds and bending to the greedy corporate a-holes in charge. They should be ashamed of themselves. They don't even make them in house any more and display the donuts in open-air displays for hours so they insure stale donuts for all. Greedy, Greedy,Greedy!

I felt they have a smaller selection in Mexico but could find the classical items. I was treated well and kindly. I would say it's worth it for your cheat meal or free day

I just want to say that the Dunkin Donuts shop in Temuco, Chile is great! The people is really nice and remember about their customers offering the coffee we use to ask for, really really happy! congratulations!
