Go to starbucks instead where the food and coffee is fresh.

I’m hearing that nurses are being yelled at and coffee almost thrown at them. Accusing nurses that we are spreading this virus and that it’s our fault. If this doesn’t stop, I and most nurses will no longer be customers at your stores.

DD in Upstate NY. I’m obsessed with their drinks. Especially the lattes. Specifically the Carmel Swirl when I go there. The drive thru in town takes forever. VERY understaffed, people seem to be hired and fired/quit frequently. What I wish they would do when ordering, which I’m not sure why they don’t in the first place, order more Carmel swirl. Haha I have gone so many times and they don’t have any “until the truck comes in”. this isn’t just the one in town but the one where I work too. Overall everything I’ve tried is good. Typical fast food coffee joint with good perks if you use the card. Not recommended if you want a fancy type of drink that tastes something along what Starbucks would make. Some of DD items are overpriced but obviously that’s how they make their $$$

Better Coffee than other chains! Also decent food! donuts could be better, but its cool that they are open 24/7. Real life saver!!

On several days that I have entered the Dunkin Donuts on Jefferson Avenue in Newport News Va in Jefferson Crossing I have seen the manager of that store sleep at the register her hygiene is never in tact and it is not presentable for customers something needs to be done about the situation oh I will continue to write my review I take it to a higher level.

Not the Dunkin I remember. As with so many franchise businesses, the quality is sadly uneven. My 'local' (Cocoa, Florida) dunkin just dumps the donuts in a bag, no tissues or napkins... Just smashes them together like a damn cake. A couple miles away, (Rockledge, FL) different owner, different service. Same price, but you get donuts that you can actually serve to people. Even napkins. It's sad that people care so little about the food they serve you.
