DropguysReviews of dropguys.com

I recently received a iPhone case and camera lens case from Drop Guys. Both are fantastic! Easy to install, very clear and attractive and I'm so glad to have such good protection for my phone and its camera lenses. I also contacted their customer support because the free phone screen protector didn't come with the other items and they immediately responded - no questions asked - that they would update my order and send the screen protector. I am very impressed with this company!

Drop Guys, YOU ROCK! I drop my iPhone often 😬 and knew I would need a protective case for my new phone. The case is just perfect. This company’s customer service is great. Keep up the great job!

Ordered 10/18. They in writing yesterday said it was out for delivery. Not delivered, contacted their carrier, UniUni. On hold 45’minutes, when Carlos finally spoke to me, they don’t have the shipment, no shipment has been made as of today. DropGuys customer service is non existent, their carrier UniUni is no better. No way to contact DropGuys except to email, they reply in 48 hours and they lie. I have gone back to PayPal and have requested a refund. Stay tuned. Customer services and logistics are a disaster. Don’t buy from DropGuys! You will be sorry!

I increased my rating of Dropguys for the following reasons: 1) finally received products and they are so far outstanding and very attractive; and 2) the personal & encouraging response from Dropguys owner, David, assuring me that he has already altered his business operations which will result quicker response and shipping times - shipping times competitive with Amazon. If David alters his business practices per his letter, this quality product, its associated warranty, and it’s dedicated owner will bring it to a Five Star status.

I’ve only had this case today so far but having said that, it’s far stronger and more durable than the case I’ve had on it since I recently got the new iPhone. It’s more minimalist which I really love - there’s not excessive buttons or weird style choices on it. It looks cool and it works great.

Great communication, prompt shipping and quality product. Better than most other cases.

Helpful customer service, great case - thank you very much!

Their shipping methods is the absolute worst I have ever seen. It took 2 weeks to get a simple screen cover from the same state!!!! I’ve told them why can’t they use a real company like everyone else. For the same money just go to Best Buy and get the same crap. Just horrible service.
