Great product. Great ordering experience. However, I was offered a $10 Amazon Gift Card to leave this review, which I guess is not cool.

This is my second screen protector order in a year. Absolutely loved the first one, but it cracked in two places, right through the middle,( have no clue how ) so I ordered another. Not sure what happened (followed all the phone cleaning instructions, just like the first one I ordered a year ago) but this screen protector had microscopic dust particles stuck to the sticky side. I only see them when my screen goes to black. My OCD is quite irritated every time I look at it now. I may go and get a cheaper option.

Ordering was easy and I appreciated getting the screen protector with the purchase. The case is extremely clear and really highlights the phone colors. Almost makes it shimmer. I like the slightly raised edges around the phone and camera that helps protect the phone. My one criticism was that the free shipping was extremely slow (like 10 days) and shipping service's status didn't detail where the case was until the day before it was to be delivered.

Ordered a I phone 14 case and they sent a I phone 14 pro max. Contacted them and they said they would exchange the cover, but they want it sent back at my expense and want to charge me a restocking fee. * they made contact and rescinded the restocking fee. Thank you

I have had my case for about 2 years now. It’s still holding up great. I have dropped my phone in numerous situations and heights. I have cracked my glass screen protector in a couple spots, but no damage to the actual screen. So as far as protection goes, it’s great. It’s not a bulky case so it still easily slips in to your pocket. The only thing I can say may need a little improvement is ventilation for the phone. At times during direct sunlight and warm weather, the phone does get hot when running games and graphics intensive applications. Luckily I live in a relatively cool and mild climate, so it is rarely an issue for me. It is a great cases and I would buy it again.

The dropguys case is a good product, I am happy with it and the initial customer service was very good. I left a good review on their website. However, I did have a problem a few months down the line with their lens protector which cracked in a very minor fall from a table. It took some time to get a response from their Customer Service, but when I did hear from them, they explained that if the lens protector broke, then it did its job protecting the lenses. Nevertheless, in good faith, they replaced the protector to my complete satisfaction.
