Hi Alison, We’re really sorry for the delay and completely understand how frustrating that must be. We looked into your order and it appears it was placed during a temporary stock delay, which should’ve been resolved shortly after. We sincerely apologize if that wasn’t reflected clearly on the site at the time. That said, our team did reach out via email as soon as we became aware of the issue, and your order was shipped as soon as the item became available. If you haven’t seen our email, please check your spam/junk folder — or feel free to reach out to us again at [email protected] so we can follow up and make this right. We appreciate your patience and hope to restore your confidence in us. — The DropGuys Team

Hi Gary, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I want to begin by sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience you experienced. We understand your frustration and deeply regret that your first experience with us didn't meet our usual high standards. I've gone through our customer service records, and I am pleased to see your iPhone was fully protected by our case and screen protector after the drop - that is always our priority, as it saves you money on expensive repairs. The first case developed hairline cracks from the heavy impact, so we created a free replacement order at 9:48 PM on the 27th of April. Our fulfillment center dispatched your package the following day, on the 28th of April. The package took longer to arrive than we would have hoped due to a USPS service delay. While this delay was outside our control, in line with our goal of providing exceptional customer service, we shipped another free replacement order via FedEx overnight shipping. We included four more complimentary products to a value of $179.98. Our founder also sent you an email and tried calling you to apologize and to ask if there is anything else we could do for you to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Unfortunately, we haven't heard back yet. Again, thank you for sharing your experience with us, for your patience and understanding, and for helping us improve. We remain at your disposal if there is anything else we can do for you. Jamie - Dropguys Customer Care
