Just got the new phone and looked online for the best cases. This one was at the top of the list on several sites - They were not lying. Great case and great package with the screen protector. The screen protector went on with NO issues, the case is easy to grip, fits nicely in my pockets, has room on the back for my DOT card, and provides easy access to all the buttons. Can't ask for anything more!

Update- thanks for your reply. I did receive the refund and much appreciated . I was frustrated and stressed because each response I had gotten prior did not understand and I was trying to talk to anyone. Thank you for making it right I have written to them 6 times. Received 3 responses which did not answer any question or provide me with resolution I have sent back the item I do not want. They said they would provide a refund but instead gave me store credit. I do not want store credit as they do not have the only item I would get from there. I have been told by email to contact them once I mailed item and they would provide full Refund but they have not and keep getting conflicting responses but they ignore other emails. There is no phone number and no other way to complain.

Hi Amy, We sincerely apologize for the frustration you've experienced. We understand how important it is to receive clear communication and a timely resolution, and we're truly sorry for any confusion. Our small team recently faced challenges due to the holiday rush and unexpected stock delays, and we also went through a transition in our customer service department that, unfortunately, did not work out as planned. As a result, some inquiries were delayed or not addressed as thoroughly as they should have been. We’re now fully back on track, and all inquiries are being responded to within 24 hours. More complex cases may take a bit longer, but we’re committed to resolving them as quickly as possible. Regarding your refund, our return portal provides options to request either store credit or a refund, and it appears that store credit was selected during the return process. However, as soon as we became aware of the issue, we processed your refund immediately. If there’s anything else we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make things right.
My iPhone is shattered, all around the camera lens. It slipped out of my hands in my house and fell two feet to the floor. The Dropguys case did not protect it at all and after four attempts to talk to customer service, they offered me $10 off another case. 🤔

The case is so sleek and thin. The bumpers on the side look solid and trustworthy. I also got the camera protector which fits so nicely with the case, it may be my favorite part. I got the glass screen protector which lines up with the case nicely. I don't love the glass ones because they break easily but hopefully I get a warranty where I can exchange it.

The main reason is the product itself. It is as advertised. I ordered the wrong case - totally my fault. The exchange was about as effortless as it could be.

I was looking for an iPhone 16 case that was both protective and slim enough to fit in my shirt pocket. The Drop Guys Ultra Slim Case is exactly what I needed. Thank you.

While I have purchased a case from them in the past, which protected my iPhone 13 quite well, I recently ordered one for the 16 pro, I ordered it on the 26th of dec 2024 and still haven’t gotten even an update, a shipping number or any type of resolution, I reached out to their email, and have just received a letter basically saying they took my money…. The guarantee is basically fake, because they don’t have a way to contact them and the case I got for the 13 started falling apart after about 7 months, but the fact that they have no storefront or way to reach them is rather sketchy

I ordered Dropguys case to protect my new Iphone 16 pro. Dropguys sent the wrong size case but the right size screen protector. I promptly notified it. It has since repeatedly promised by email to send a new correct sized case. Yet, here I am, three weeks later with no case to protect my new phone and the UPS tracking site says it still does not have the new case... Guess I should have found a different case from the start.
