Hi Brian, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're so sorry to hear about the damage to your phone — we completely understand your disappointment, especially after trusting our case for the first time. Our cases are designed to provide excellent protection, but unfortunately, no case can guarantee 100% protection in every situation. Even the most durable cases can’t always prevent damage from certain impacts. We’re genuinely sorry this happened to you, and we want to make sure we support you moving forward. If you haven’t already, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and any photos. We’d love to help in any way we can. — The DropGuys Team

Hi Lydia, We're really sorry to hear about what happened — we know how upsetting it is to see any damage to your phone, especially after taking the extra step to protect it. While our cases are built for serious drop protection and have helped protect thousands of phones from damage, there are unfortunately rare situations where impact can still result in breakage. Like most case brands, we don’t offer phone insurance or replacements, but we absolutely stand behind the quality of our cases and want every customer to feel supported. It looks like you’ve already been in touch with our team, but if there’s anything more we can do or if you'd like us to take a second look, please don’t hesitate to reach out again. We’re always here to help. — The DropGuys Team

Thanks so much for your awesome review, Mary! We're thrilled to hear how well the screen protector did its job — it's always a relief when you peel it off and the screen underneath is perfectly intact. Saving money on screen replacements is exactly what we aim for, so we're glad it delivered for you. Appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! DropGuys Team
