Not brilliant so far! Only received half of my order and not heard anything other than it's been passed to a senior. This was ordered in plenty of time for Christmas and now probably won't get here!

Excelente Servicio a Clientes. Tuve problemas con la entrega de mi pedido por parte de la mensajería y Dossier me apoyó en todo. Me atendieron por correo con seguimiento de la conversación con el mismo agente, me atendió Eva. Me ofrecieron reenviar el pedido o reembolsar el total de la compra. Yo elegí el reenvío y en dos días ya tenía mis perfumes. Fragancias deliciosas que definitivamente se parecen a su aroma de inspiración.

Receiving my order wasn't such a great experience it took almost 3 weeks but it arrived anyways.So far this is my first time using Dossier perfumes,and l am kind of lovely the process my favorites for now has to be the Spicy Orchid, Amberry Vanilla,Floral Lavender and Gourmand Orange Blossom. I kind of like the fact that the perfumes aren't overpriced so that a plus.

Customer service responded quickly and helped me solve my problem within 12 hours. Looking forward to my gifts and being a customer

After a rocky start, my exchange process was taken care of and the promises made were fulfilled. I should be getting my new perfume soon!

I put in my first order with Dossier during their Cyber Monday sale to take advantage of the amazing deals. I have reached out to their customer service team numerous times with different questions and received an efficient, friendly and FAST response each time. Each was response was from a different agent, but each time, they were so friendly and helpful. I am so impressed by them! Dossier is doing it right!

Ordered spicy vanilla, citrus ginger and floral marshmallow but received woody corriander and aquatic lime instead. Order was placed on the 5th of December and received on the 9th. Complained to dossier about receiving the wrong order and they told me they will investigate this. I have asked for updates cause they initially didn’t offer to either refund me or send the correct perfumes. They eventually told me that I don’t need to return the wrong order and that they will send me back the correct perfumes. I told customer service that I will be travelling abroad the following week and they agreed to send me the correct perfumes. The order is still not shipped and it’s 18/12/2025. No correct perfumes, it’s not even the correct number as I ordered 3 and received 2, no refund, no more replies. They initially respond really quickly but once you ask for details about your order there’s no concrete response. This was my first time ordering from dossier and it feels like a scam…

I had an amazing experience with Dossier’s customer service. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive. They took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and made sure I felt confident and taken care of throughout the entire process. Dossier’s customer service truly made my day.
