The Dossier team really went above and beyond my expectations when I had an unfortunate issue with my delivery. I was actually blown away by how quickly they responded to each of my messages. They could have easily shrugged me off because I made the mistake of not adding shipping protection to my package. Instead, they were extremely kind and made me feel like they truly care about me as a customer. I will absolutely be a returning buyer after my experience with the support team. Plus, I really love their scents!!

I recently purchased perfumes from Dossier after years of seeing their ads and finally decided to give them a try. I started with a sample set of three from Walmart, and I genuinely liked them. That experience led me to go back and purchase eight full-size bottles during their Black Friday sale—and they did not disappoint. The scents are very long-lasting and surprisingly potent. I’m still in the process of finding my signature scents, so I plan on purchasing more to see which ones I truly love, and the rest will make great gifts. I’ve had absolutely no issues with the company or their products. As someone who normally spends $200–$300 on luxury perfumes like YSL, Givenchy, and J’adore, I can honestly say that the Dossier perfumes I purchased last longer and are even more potent than many of the high-end fragrances I’ve bought in-store. On top of that, they’re far more cost-effective. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely continue buying from Dossier.

Needed the delivery within 8 days and the helpdesk said they will try. I was genuinely impressed that they went out of the way to make it happen within 4 days. I really appreciate the effort taken into meeting individual customer's satisfaction. Not to mention the totally worth the money perfumes. The packages are well done and very presentable for a Christmas gift. Will definitely be back.
