IT Factor isn’t It Factor- so much marketing hype (commissions and partnerships on TikTok)- it’s very average with zero lasting power. The ingredients also are very poor (0/100) on Yuka for potential anllergens and endocrine disruptors - Hexamethylindanopyran And isoeugenol. These aren’t “non toxic” as advertised….I’m in the UK so when I returned my perfume, I did so in writing cancelling under the EU and UK distance selling legislation which means a refund including postage (due to quality issues- migraines etc); They literally would not refund the postage saying it’s sold from the US and they don’t need to comply. Please don’t be fooled thinking this is 1 a quality perfume or 2 UK/EU based. If they aren’t abiding by our legislation on refunds then I have reservations over the ingredients (EU ingredients in perfumes are stricter for our health than the US). I wouldn’t buy anything again

I'm writing this review, because of the exceptional customer service I experienced from the Dossier Customer Service Team. I had placed an order via Facebook , I neglected to write down the order number and had only taken a screen shot of the confirmation number. Nervous about my order , I reached out to the Dossier customer service team but could only provide them with the confirmation # this made it difficult for them to locate my order as they needed additional information , I then provided them with a screenshot of my banking transaction , this apparently helped . Keep in mind this was over the weekend . There were several team members that assisted me over the next few days and they didn't let up until they were able to track down my order , provided me with my order number and my shipment arrived as expected ! Kudos to the Dossier Customer Service Team , the best customer service I have experienced in a long time .

Amazing customer service! Quick to respond to any issue/question you may have and eager to find a solution that works for you!

Hidden Monthly Membership Charges – Be Careful I am sharing my experience to warn others about purchasing perfume from Dossier online. When I made a purchase, I was automatically enrolled in a “free” membership without my clear knowledge or consent. I was not aware that this membership included a monthly charge of $42.69. The charge appeared every month, and because it was not obvious, I only discovered it after nearly a year when I reviewed my bank statements. The membership allows you to buy a perfume monthly using accumulated points, but this was never clearly explained or knowingly agreed to on my part. When I disputed the recurring charges with my bank, Dossier immediately removed all of my accumulated points (earned over more than a year), which meant I could not even redeem perfume to recover some value. I then tried multiple times to contact customer service for clarification or resolution and received no response. I recommend that anyone considering purchasing from Dossier carefully review all checkout terms and monitor bank statements closely, or consider avoiding this company altogether based on my experience.
