I had to contact the company, because my order was delayed and stuck in shipping somewhere. Dossier promptly emailed me back and sent me a new order. I am so grateful for their quick response.

Commande passée le 10 décembre, estimation de livraison entre le 11et le 17 décembre. Je leur écrit le 23 décembre pour savoir où est mon colis, on me répond qu’il est aux pays bas. Alors oui il est au pays bas, mais il est là bas depuis le 17 décembre!!! Nous sommes le 27 décembre et toujours aucunes nouvelles de mon colis. J’ai demandé par mail un remboursement de ma commande. J’attends toujours une réponse de leur part, et j’attends aussi toujours mon remboursement. Je veux bien qu’en période de fêtes les délais de livraison soit un peu rallongé, mais là le colis ne semble même plus bouger des pays bas !! C’était un cadeau pour Noël, et comme nous sommes le 27 décembre, je vous laisse deviner : la personne a qui je devais l’offrir n’a pas eu son cadeau, merci ! J’attends donc dans les meilleurs délais un remboursement de leur part. 58,20€ dans la nature en attendant. J’espère qu’ils feront rapidement le nécessaire. MISE À JOUR DE MON AVIS : Suite à de nombreux échanges avec le service clients, qui répond de façon plutôt réactive et rapide, j’ai enfin pu recevoir mon remboursement. Merci.

Italian version: Ho acquistato un profumo su questo sito perché era pubblicizzato un po' ovunque e mi sono fidato delle recensioni. Purtroppo ho verificato a mie spese che un ordine effettuato il 12 dicembre non è arrivato in tempo per Natale, facendomi fare una colossale figura di m***a!! Non pretendevo affatto spedizioni ultraveloci come quelle di Amazon Prima, ma non ricevere il prodotto dopo ben 12 giorni mi sembra eccessivo. Ho acquistato tante cose durante queste feste, e di certo non tutte da Amazon: sono tutti arrivati in tempi ragionevoli e anche quando acquisto da altri paesi UE, nel giro 6/7 giorni la merce arriva. Grazie Dossier per avermi rovinato il Natale! Un consiglio: scegliete meglio i vostri partner per la gestione delle spedizioni!! ---- English version: I bought a perfume on this site because it was advertised everywhere and I trusted the reviews. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way that an order placed on December 12th didn't arrive in time for Christmas, making me look like a total idiot!! I wasn't expecting lightning-fast shipping like Amazon Prime, but not receiving the product after a full 12 days seems excessive. I bought a lot of things during these holidays, and certainly not all from Amazon: they all arrived in reasonable time, and even when I buy from other EU countries, the goods arrive within 6-7 days. Thanks Dossier for ruining my Christmas! A word of advice: choose your shipping partners better!!

A subscription was added during checkout without my catching it. Found out when a $40+ charge hit my credit card. Customer service is not remotely helpful; it appears this is a common occurrence and a part of their revenue model.
