Absolutely fantastic customer service. I had a product arrive with a broken sprayer. Within an hour I had already spoken to someone, started the process of a new shipment, and got tracking numbers by the next day. As far as their products go, love them. Great diversity of scents and reasonable prices. Tell anyone I know about them who is interested in scents. 10/10 would recommend

The customer service is great! Dossier truly want their customers to be pleased and well cared for. It was easy for me to contact them and communicate an address mixup and they got everything back on track for me. I do love their clean perfumes and even got a free sample pack to find one that I loved! (Though it was hard to choose!) I plan to stick with this company!
