I've ordered from Dossier several times and have had no shipping issues whatsoever. I had one bottle that was leaking (Oriental Tobacco) and I notified them by sending pictures of said bottle and was sent a replacement bottle within a matter of days. I think they are a great value for the money. I currently have fifteen frags with another six on the way due to their black Friday deal. 11/21/21.

Be aware, Dossier will cancel your order and put your address in their black list if two people who live in the same house decide to purchase products on its website each one using their own credit cards. The dumbest security system in the whole world

We were treated like criminals yesterday just because two people that live in the same house decided to purchase perfumes from this place using different credit cards. Those were gifts for Christmas that every one was buying separately. Our purchases were canceled and we were placed on a no-purchase list. What a pathetic way of treating customers! Let the banks decide if the cards are stolen or fake and fix your dumb code.

I ordered from them over a week ago and still have no tracking number and still unable to track my package. One contacted them via Instagram and email and none jas been able to help they basically send you a link to f.a.q that's is not helpful. No estimated tome of arrival was given or anything they basically told me wait 20 days if it's still not here they'll look into it. I was unable to get a refund and the website says they deliver withing 7 days. I ordered on the 26th it's now the 1st and I have no info on where my package even is or if it's coming. Horrible service I will not being EVER ordering from them again. Makes you feel as if you are ordering from a stretchy website. I have no product and no refund and STILL NO UPDATE

Best deal EVER, idk how these guys do it. But damn, the quality is on point. I'll be buying several more soon, the take on Bleu de chanel is spot on, I have a decant of bdc and side to side I was extremely impressed. I recommend these guys

I ordered two perfumes, then realized there was a third one I wanted. I had just placed my order an hour earlier so I was hoping they could cancel the order so I could repurchase with all three items. I will give them this: they do respond to emails quickly. However, their response was that they could NOT cancel the order. So I figured I’d try something else. I asked if they could add the third one to my order and charge me for it. Again, they said they could not. Ok, so third time’s a charm, right? I asked if they could ship me the third one for free since they couldn’t help me in any other way. And once again, they said no. I provided three opportunities for Dossier to provide me decent customer service and each time they rejected that opportunity. First and last time customer here.

This company has wonderful customer service. Their perfumes smell just like the ones they are inspired by. If you need to know what perfume terms mean. I looked them up such as Gourmand means a dessert or sweet smelling perfume. Hope this helps. I've loved perfume for too many years to count and prices we love are at Dossier. Thank you.
