I really wanted to love dossier perfumes. Unfortunately, I never received the order I purchased. It was about $100, and after reaching out to Dossier, I was told there was nothing they could do to help retrieve the order. I didn’t receive a refund or even store credit. I would be extremely cautious if you’re considering ordering from this company. I am now seeing other reviews with similar warnings. Their customer service was difficult to reach and ultimately unhelpful. While this perfume comes at a reduced price, it comes that way for a reason.

The worst company ever!Stay Away! I wish I would check this out before trusting Instagram review!!! Site is misleading moving away information from one page to another they put automatically my old address as shipping address! Contact them in less than 24 h and I was told to contact carrier because they cannot do anything on their end! Guess what?! Carrier told me that don’t have package! My order is over 200$ so this is the best scam ever! They will give you random answers and they will tell you it cannot be fix…so basically they will refuse to refund or cancel!!!

I ordered from them and the nest day they sent me an email that they were canceling my order and when I asked about it through their customer service she was not answering my question directly but saying the same thing over and over just wording it different. Really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Product is nice, customer service is absolutely the worst. Not only are their policies misleading and vague, they will not work with you at all. Their replies are condescending and sarcastic even, and they completely ignore what you are asking. They would rather hold firm to bad policies and lose customers than actually give decent service and retain business. This is probably the first time I will never spend money with a business again despite a great product - solely because their customer service was awful. Figure out how to better work with customers - a great product can only go so far when the back end of the business results in one-off customers. Warning: stay away unless you like throwing away your money and being insulted by their reps.

3 months after purchasing an item I reached out to the company asking if there had been a shipping issue or what happened. They got back to me with the excuse that they didn't deliver to Armed Forces Addresses (Military Bases). I had to request a refund and if I had not reached out Dossier would have kept my payment without sending the product I paid for. Not a company I'm willing to support.

Ordered their version of Rose 31 of Le Labo. Would have appreciated less pop-ups and constant offers to buy more items. Shipping took 5-6 days and the status update never updated on OSM/USPS. Thankfully the package arrived one day. Scent itself was great. Sticker on bottle was poorly applied.

I've ordered 3 different times & no issues my way... Will purchase from again. It took about 4-5 days each order & out of the 9 bottles I have total only one I'm not big fan of. Would recommend IMO!!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND purchasing from DOSSIER. I was unable to celebrate Christmas with my family because of covid. My children and I and most of my family had covid from Christmas through the month of January. We were finally able to celebrate the first week of February when everyone in the family was covid free. I bought three different perfumes from Dossier as gifts and unfortunately, my nieces did not like the scents. I emailed Dossier to request an exception to return the perfumes outside the their 30 day return policy because of covid. They denied the request. When I asked them to reconsider and please make an exception since I could not give my gifts of perfume until February (outside of their 30 day policy) due to COVID, they promptly denied me again . I would have thought a reputable and honest company would honor my request since almost every other company, including retail, utilities and even the federal government are making so many exceptions due to the covid pandemic. Shame on you, Dossier! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
