First of, I would like to say how much I love dossier’s perfumes. Since the start of this year, i’ve been looking for my first luxury perfumes but was skeptical because of the prices. But then I stumbled upon this company and fell in love with the prices and qualities of these perfumes. I’ve since bought three bottles which I love. I ordered some perfume from here and I never got my delivery. (I’m in the country and packages always go missing…) but customer service was quick to respond and send another out in no time! The customer service here is outstanding and you won’t regret buying from them I promise.

Ordered 3 fragrances but forgot I had an account. Emailed customer services about redeeming my points. Gave them my email and order No. and the rep (Ionut) added my points. Process took under an hour. They are so responsive and friendly and informative. Great Customer service. My fragrances are awesome as well!! Not sure if they smell like the originals but I get a lot of compliments

I posted a review the other day about my first order of Ambery Saffron that smells like alcohol upon the initial sprays and the dry down being so faint. I got I. Contact and a rep by the name of Diana was extremely helpful. She supplied a link (after being so quick to answer my inquiry). That gave me access to do a replacement because I’m still within the 30 days of purchase. I’ll be receiving my label to send back the bottle I currently have and a replacement will be sent. I’m happy the ball is rolling to get me a new bottle and Diana got that going. My fingers are crossed to have a great bottle of perfume, but since this is my first purchase I have nothing to compare my experience to besides the bottle that smells like alcohol. I’m praying for a better outcome with the replacement. Thanks Diana for getting things going with this.
