I absolutely love this company their fragrances are phenomenal and the quality is good too. The shipping is really, really fast I’ve ordered from them more than once (all orders shipped within 1-2 days), and have always had a good experience. I saved so much money ordering from them vs the expensive brands, and it’s even better that they don’t lack quality! Really glad I found this website!

Guaranteed purchase? NOT. Not if you choose to be kind and exchange Rather than return your purchase. Because then your exchange is no longer guaranteed for another exchange nor for a refund. The company's shady. pass.

An order from Jan. 25th has been sitting for days with a very well known unreliable and terrible shipping partner called OSM worldwide and dossier continues to dodge questions as to its sitting, why they chose to let my package be handle by such a terrible company and what will they do about it to resolve the issue. They keep giving me the runaround and asked nicely for them to intercept the package as I no longer want to to business with them, which usps allows and can be done with third party shipping partners as named above, but they will not directly address this and keep telling me it’s Covid related. Bullsh*t cause I’m Jan 26th I ordered an item from Pittsburgh pa (very close to york pa where the shipment is coming from) and it arrived yesterday. So dossier just doesn’t want to help and here we are and there’s many issues like this per BBB and online. Something needs to be about dossier not dealing with such issues. This is unacceptable.

Some scents are close to the original but you can smell the difference. Poor customer service and strict 30 day return policy with no reasonable exceptions, it seems. There are lots of other perfume companies similar to Dossier with better client services. Will be taking my business elsewhere and will spread the word.

Dossier claims they are risk-free and you can try any of their scents for 30 days, if you do not like them send them back. BUT you can only do this one time god forbid you spend MORE money on an exchange and do not like the scents you cannot return or exchange them. Still struggling to understand how that is risk free bc I am now out $80 on scents that smell like baby powder. Their return policy (which is boasted all over their website) is incredibly misleading. You are better off buying the name brand scents that actually last longer than one hour and don’t smell like a cheap powdery knock off.

They ask for your cell number for a 20% off code. They never gave me the coupon code although I did get many text ads. When I emailed about it, I just received a canned answer cut and paste from a FAQ telling me to use the spam filter. The perfumes looked interesting and there was one I wanted to try. But when it finally came back in stock I decided not to buy it because I didn't want to support a company that provides discounts only to some and not to others.

Despite on their site claiming to get their ingredients from France, they do not ship to the EU. Probably meaning they do not comply with EU regulations.

VERY annoyed. Found out the hard way so that you don’t have to - only ONE return per order. Guess I’m $30 in the hole now. Wouldn’t recommend this brand at all either unless you like all your scents smelling powdery. Will not purchase from here again.
