I have been buying from Dossier for over 2 years and I've ran into several issues from delayed delivery, back ordered product to issues with my account...and EVERYTIME Dossier went above and beyond to make me happy. Not only I get ENDLESS complements on how I smell but the customer service is second to none. I've saved thousands as this point lol and what I spend is well worth it

Very great quality and immaculate customer service. Shipping took a little longer (but that was postal service issues) Dossier had more order shipped within a couple of days. Highly recommend 👌

Dossier products are not only great quality but they provide wonderful customer service as well. I experienced a technical issue with their site (I couldn't enter in my birthday). Great fragrances and exceptional prices. I tried a few different ones and love these affordable perfumes and they are potent. The support team was great too, they were backed up due to holiday demand but they do get back and are exceptionally customer oriented.

I have about 15 bottles from dossier at this point. I have never had a problem with their shipping or product. I have wanted to try other companies for a few different scents but their reviews are horrible so i will stick with dossier. The package is awesome and i love the magnetic caps.

I have made several purchases from dossier in the past year. I loved the scents but I'm having an issue with this last purchase. My daughter bought me a fragrance for Christmas that broke my skin out and it doesn't mix well with my body chemistry so I've been trying to do an exchange since Christmas. My emails have gone unanswered and at this point I think they have the site rigged so that it's difficult to make a return and your 30 day window of time runs out. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend purchasing from a company that treats their customers that way.

My order was lost in the mail and they worked with me thoroughly to try to find it. They gave me the option of a full refund or replacement order and had excellent customer service. I have ordered from here before and absolutely love their products and will be returning in the future despite this order being lost.
