This company not only has excellent products, the customer service is great as well! They are friendly and responsive and if you need to return something, they will cover the label. Good customer service makes a huge difference and has a big impact on who I buy things from. Dossier is a win to me.

This is probably my 3rd time purchasing from Dossier and each experience has been pleasant. My last order an item I received was damaged in the mail. I contacted Dossier and sent a poc and they immediately had another order placed to replace the damaged item. I would definitely recommend them.

Took a few days to get an email response, but once I did I was pleased with the customer service and quick resolution. First time ordering, look forward to trying. My daughter loves their perfumes.

Dossier is very responsive and I look forward to ordering from them in the future. Unfortunately there was a mishap with my delivery and I immediately contacted Dossier. This is my first time ordering from Dossier. There was an issue with my order at first. I tried reaching the customer support team over email but got no response but messaging them over Instagram helped a lot ! They were super nice and resolved my issue within minutes. Finally got my replacement order today and they are awesome.

I love this company! I’m a first time customer and learned about Dossier from a popular YouTuber. There ended up being an issue with my order with USPS & I immediately sent an email to Dossier customer service about my issue. Cristian, one of their customer service staff members was very prompt in responding to my email & helped walk me through the process to rectify the situation in a timely manner.
