I'd never heard of Dossier until my younger sister requested a fragrance or two as an X-Mas gift. Long story short, I ended up on their website ordering 3 fragrances. My error - ordering 2-1 (within 2 minutes) which didn't allow me to take advantage of the promotion for buying 3 or more at once. With a quick email, the Dossier team provided me with a refund equivalent to the 10% off and free shipping I would have received. Great customer service. I will buy again.

I ordered a big package around Black Friday and unfortunately the package got lost. I contacted the company and they re-ordered the package for me unfortunately the second package took a while as well. Took me about a month to get my box eventually. Oh and did I mention I gave them the wrong shipping address and they helped me switch that within the hour I placed the order. While the experience wasn’t perfect the customer service was so excellent. And then in the end a month later Both boxes arrived! I asked if I should return one box and they said no. Seriously great customer service since it’s a new company I can tell they’re still working out some kinks! But as long as they keep up the great customer service they will go far! ALSO THE PERFUMES ARE AMAZING

Thank you for your email and your prompt customer service. It took a week and a half and considering its the heights of holiday season it's understandable. Their automated response informed me of a longer wait to address my request. I am a freque t returning customer and wanted to use my reward. I made a purchase and was not able to use my reward yet again online and have alot of points accrued. I asked to have them applied to the recent order. They did not apply all but I received a porción of my reward refund. The customer service representative Mark was professional and courteous via email. I do wish they provided a numberfor future communication though. I really appreciate the Dossier team for their great products and customer service.

I’d maybe knock off a half star since I’ve had a couple issues with returns but that’s partly on me since I buy the scents blind, and so far everything’s been fine in the end. I’m fairly sensitive to strong/cheap perfumes (headaches & occasional allergies) but I’ve had no issues with most of the ones from Dossier that I’ve tried, and one good spray dabbed over multiple points lasts me most of the day. I can’t 100% speak to how close they are to the originals but I did have someone once ask me if I was wearing Armani so there’s that! Overall I’d say Dossier is a great option for anyone who wants to smell amazing on a budget.

My order was lost in shipping & the Dossier team was very quick to respond to my email & send me another perfume.

Worst customer service. Been waiting for over a week for a response from the customer service line. Sent multiple emails, none if which received a reply. I would call but there's no number, which is why I'm stuck waiting for the email that will never come. Couldn't pay me to use dossier ever again.

I really have enjoyed my experiences with Dossier. So far every fragrance I’ve ordered from them smells of a very good quality (even the ones I didn’t care for since they were all blind buys I could tell were very nice fragrance blends). And the times I’ve chosen to return or exchange it’s gone as it should. Even when there was an apparent error on the USPS end on a return I made, as soon as I brought it to their attention they corrected it within 4 minutes. And the deals on top of great prices for quality fragrances - crazy good. So far I’m as pleased as can be!
