They have no idea when the order will be delivered. Have been waiting for the past 15 days, no idea if they have the capability to fulfill orders. Moreover they keep sending emails with new offers in the holiday season

I love Dossier products... in a lot of cases, their dupes smell better than the original! I had been spoiled with all my previous orders being fulfilled and shipped VERY fast. There was a delay with their black Friday sales but the teams were quick to respond and acknowledge the issue. I highly recommend this company and their products.

No order confirmation yet after 3 weeks and 18 emails asking for updates and no response - so sad. Its 2023 these are such amatuer problems. If you buy from them your likely not getting your order.

They were so helpful when I asked about exchanging a perfume for another. They even offered to pay the difference if the perfume I wanted was more! Will definitely be purchasing again.

WILL I EVER RECEIVE MY ORDER? I placed my order on Nov 28 (11 days ago as of today) and still haven’t received an email that my order has been shipped. At this point I’m concerned it won’t arrive in time for christmas! I’ve emailed them but no response yet. Seems like I’m not the only one with this issue. This is really unprofessional. If you say your order should be RECEIVED within 2-7 days (stated on dossier site) respect your words!! Geez. Never gonna order with them again.

I do not recommend this company. They constantly promote sales however, they have trouble fulfilling orders from a month ago. They focus more on putting their product into Walmart than fulfilling orders directly from their website. Another thing is that if/when the items ship, the carrier they use is extremely slow.

Ordered 12/1/22 at 9:04 pm eastern. Thankfully I screenshot my order number because I never received a confirmation email. I’ve contacted them SEVERAL times with no responses. I’m going to have to contact my cardholder to recover my money. BBB complaints are the exact same thing I’m going through. Very disappointed. How can any of the reviews truly be legit? I should have known better since they didn’t have a PayPal checkout option. Shame on this company.
