I ordered two weeks ago from this company, and have received nothing. Not an email explaining the delay, setting an expectation for when I could receive it, or literally anything from them. I’ve emailed multiple times and have not received an answer. I’m frustrated by this experience and truly had much higher hopes. I wouldn’t be upset but there hasn’t been a single communication from them since I placed my order, and no updates on my account.

I ordered a few bottles of perfume for my birthday at the start of November to try it out (I've heard good things about Dossier and I am a perfume fanatic!). My experience overall was great, website is easy, check out is easy and shipping was fast. I ordered again about a month and a half later for their black Friday deals. I had an issue with using my points and customer service replied within 24 hours and helped me solve my issue no questions asked. Shipping is taking a bit longer this time around but they did have a huge sale, so that is to be expected. I also am not out of perfume and ordered accordingly for my current stash. Overall I am very satisfied with Dossier and their perfume is amazing! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I recently placed an order on November 27th, as a (FIRST TIME BUYER). I used shop pay, and was approved, yet I never received any information regarding shipping. I have sent a total of 5 emails to Dossier, and have not received one reply back. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY & HEADACHE! This is the most unprofessional customer service I have ever seen. Updated 12/6- Reached out to their Instagram, and received a response. The representative stated that it due to the volume of orders they are trying to get to everyones messages. However, this is still unacceptable as multiple messages were sent over a span of a week. Hopefully my order will come before christmas!

Be aware of company! I ordered a bottle of Ambery Saffron for the first time and after two months I didn’t receive the product. Upon contacting customer service multiple times they offered me a refund of 5-7days. It has been a month and I still haven’t received neither the refund nor the product! I would stay away from this company.

First time customer here. Everyone I've talked to that has used Dossier, has told me how great they are and how fast shipping is. My experience is the opposite. I order a bottle to try a week ago. I have emailed them multiple times about order still saying unfulfilled with no response. I live in Ohio, so I didn't expect it to take this long to have still not shipped with them saying ship in 1-2 business days. Mostly irritated that they are ignoring my emails.

I have had a great experience with customer service. They were able to reroute my order when requested and saved me a lot of stress. They did take a few days to answer, but this is expected during the holiday season so not too big of a worry there.

I am NOT HAPPY at all with Dossier, I am a first time buyer of 6 bottles of perfume that I ordered on the 28th of November 2022 and at check out I chose the option to make payment installments with Shop Pay and was approved but yet they charged the full amount and I have not yet received and info on when I will be receiving my order and I have been e-mailing them but no one has not yet responded to me, this my worse on line shopping experience, I see all these good reviews on how good their customer service is but I have not seen that, so dissappointed.

I had a mishap with my order but customer support was extremely helpful, especially Adrian who assisted me the whole way through. I really do recommend shopping with Dossier!
