I've ordered from Dossier before and that experience was great as well. This particular experience made me feel appreciated as a customer. Whilst finalizing my order, the internet captured a link instead of my address, so I emailed Dossier to inform them about what happened and to provide a valid shipping address. I received a reply within 24 hours...and did I mention it was the weekend. I appreciate the swift reply to avoid a delay in shipping and me receiving my items.

I've ordered several fragrances from Dossier and the quality of their scents is absolutely great! I love everything I've bought and even what I bought for others. The best thing about dossier that I've experienced is the customer service. I was sent a defective bottle and they rectified the situation quickly and accommodating. 10/10 Recommend

Tried the fragrance sent and not only did it not smell as expected the spray lasted only 5 minutes. I returned all 3 bottles purchased and never received my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM DOSSIER!!!

I received my Dossier Ambery Cherry yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised! The Dossier smells exactly the same as Tom Ford's Lost Cherry. One notable difference is Dossier has a much better lasting scent. I sprayed one wrist with each.

I've loved my experience with Dossier! I got in on the black-friday sales and picked up some amazing gifts for my sister (and a few for myself ;D) The staff has been quick to respond to support emails & are always helpful and kind. I can't speak highly enough about this company and their amazing products! When I first heard of them, I didn't know which scents I liked so I took their online quiz, and went to Ulta to sniff out my favs. After ordering the dossier perfumes that were inspired by my favorite designer bottles, I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! They smell almost indistinguishable from their "inspired by" scents. I recommend Dossier to all my friends and family! If you're in doubt, give them a try! I've exchanged a few bottles and it was hassle free just like they say. There's really no risk involved and you will be so happy with your perfume & experience! I LOVE DOSSIER!

I just want to say thank you for listening to customers and shipping to Canada. I have wanted to try your perfumes for YEARS! I never forgot about your mission to offer great scents for affordable prices, with good ingredients. I was absolutely thrilled to be able to order your products for the first time after moving from the US to Canada in 2020 to be with my Canadian man! I absolutely LOVE my perfumes. I am SO happy. Almost cried when I sprayed the Woody Oakmoss scent and realized it was so similar to my favourite perfume - Coco Chanel Mademoiselle - for such a good price. THANK YOU for shipping to Canada. I'm sure it wasn't easy to make happen, but those of us here who love your products are so grateful!

Amazing perfumes and even better customer service. I had an issue where my perfume had been marked as delivered when it was not. Laura resolved the issue very quickly and made me feel very comforted. I appreciate the fast responses and will continue to order from them as this is my second time in the past two to three months.
