I received my package but some of it leaked out during transport. I contacted the Dossier team and they were very quick to respond and offer a solution. The rep that I dealt with Samara was very apologetic and extremely helpful. With customer service like this makes me want to continue to shop with them. Plus, the fragrance does smell like the original in store products.

I love their perfumes. Sometimes it's so hard for me on which one to pick, so many options. Love that I can get all the designer perfumes I love at a cheaper price. Designer quality, no markups. And the customer service is amazing. Thank you. Will definitely spread the word. Everyone needs to hear about yall.

I love everything I got I did however buy a man’s cologne so lucky for my husband now he smells good lol. I was kinda pestering the customer service because it did come late but it’s fine I love what I got and will order more in the future.

My bottle came in damaged and I reached out to Dossier. The team replied in less than 10 minutes and Andrew sent in a brand new bottle free of charge. Will be purchasing more from this amazing company.

I have a love of expensive perfumes...unfortunately, not the bank account to support it. Dossier makes those gorgeous scents available to me. And they never fail to get compliments and questions where I found them.

Dossier is a great company. Everything I have ordered from them comes very fast and their return policy is wonderful. I have had to contact customer service once and they were very prompt with a response and were able to settle the issue right away. Highly recommend.
