Dossier provides high quality fragrances at an affordable price along with best customer service. I’ve experienced above and beyond customer service from Adrian who solved my issue regarding delivery. He’s reliable, genuine and the best.

Absolute amazing service! I was worried that I wouldn’t receive my item due to submitting an incomplete address. However, the customer service at dossier is so reliable that they were able to help me retrieve my package. The fragrance Ambery saffron smells so amazing! Can’t wait to purchase again and try other perfumes out as well! Fast and quick responses from the team too!

I made a mistake typing my email address when placing an order and getting things figured out was a breeze. I really like the WhatsApp method of getting ahold of a representative. Service was phenomenal. I’ll wire another review when I get the scent

Placed an order and was told at checkout the points would apply. The points did not apply, I reached out to customer service and they replied when 10 minutes, apologized for the error and offered the refund w/o any questions. Great customer service!!

I initially had delivery problems, and the Dossier team assisted me by tracking down the package. However, it was unfortunate that the package arrived damaged with the perfume leaking from the spray nozzle. A representative named Samara found immediate solutions to solve this issue, and she refunded me for the damages. Samara's assistance and resolution made me feel confident in continuing to shop at Dossier. Their commitment to resolving the issue and keeping me as a satisfied customer is commendable. Love the fragrances as always!

I was having a hard time on the mobile version when ordering and had inadvertently subscribed. I immediately contacted customer service and chatted with Mark, he suspended my subscription for me and resolved my issue. I love Dossier perfumes as does my husband, we just prefer to be in control of our orders. We recommend Dossier perfumes to all and regularly get compliments! Thank you Mark for your help!
