Phew, Aubrey, crisis averted! We're all about that speedy fix-up here at Dossier. Thanks for reaching out right away – we're here to keep your goodies headed to the right doorstep!
Top Notch customer service which is the first sign you are doing business with a trustworthy source! I realized an hour after I placed my order that I made an error on one of my selections. Emailing the Dossier team was my only option in which I immediately thought sadly oh this is lost cause but I was sooooo wrong. I still took the opportunity to email about my error made and asked if I may swap/update my order? Within minutes, an email acknowledging they would be happy to and confirmation of my order update! Other retailers could surely mimic this amazing customer service, this is what builds trust and will keep me as a forever customer! Thank you Mike @ Dossier! The Best!!!

Probably my best customer service experience in I don't know how long! I ordered something that never arrived (I think due to something with the post office). I reached out to a rep at Dossier and they immediately responded and sent me a replacement within minutes. I was so painless, and both people I interacted with were extremely friendly. FIVE STARS!

I was a big dummy and forgot to put the unit number on my address so it got returned to dossier. Notified them and asked if I could pay for shipping again, they sent it back without me paying for re-shipping. Super helpful on email too. And it smells mad. Thank you!
