This is a top notch company! Their original scents are great as are their designer inspired scents. Their products are long lasting and never disappointing. In addition, their customer service is excellent! Even though you can’t contact them via phone, they respond via email immediately and do everything they can to resolve any issue you may have. Keep up the good work!

Outstanding customer service! I was unable to download a return label and their staff was on it immediately. Very Helpful! I love the option of being able to try the scents with the option of returning them if they aren’t to my liking. That’s the main reason I wouldn’t order perfumes from another company without being able to try them first.

I placed an order at the end of May. Typically once the order is placed it takes about a week for my shipment to arrive. After giving it some time and no package I contacted customer service (my tracking number was of no use). My customer service agent, Adrian was so helpful in resolving the matter and quick to respond. I appreciate the time and effort given!

This was my first experience with Dossier which was recommended by a friend that always smelled terrific. I ordered her fragrance (because it was great). Once I ordered it seemed to take too long to arrive so I contacted them and Adrian replied immediately to assure me they got my order and told me when it would be arriving. (which was that afternoon).The summer heat has been horrendous so I was worried that it would change the aroma if sitting somewhere in transit. It arrived perfectly fine. My only comment is that I would really love to sample other fragrances before ordering again so nothing would have to be returned. I'm happy to have discovered this company and will share with family & friends. What a pleasure to know that their Customer service is just that and not simply a name. Thank you a hundred times.

While I like the perfumes, I DO NOT LIKE that I was signed up, withOUT my authorization, for a monthly subscription to Dossier+ for $30. I have cancelled the membership subscription, and consider this a very shady thing for Dossier to do!

Wonderful range of gorgeous high quality perfumes…minimal names make it simple to decide what you might love rather than the commercial name it’s inspired by. The price point is good and customer service great.
