Was having issues with my email and wanted to keep track of my package. Sent Dossier a message on WhatsApp and got the information sent to me they responded almost right away. It was great and I appreciate that. 10/10

Return Policy Made Me A Customer For Life
I am not even a paid customer yet but had to come give 5 stars for the return experience. I bought the Best Seller 3 pack, and without a couple hours, smelled something I HAD to get at Sephora. Knowing I had 3 bottles on the way, I regretted my Dossier purchase and went online to see if I could cancel. I ended up emailing Customer Support and within an hour they cancelled and refunded me in full. No mess, no return mailing, no excuses - just 5 star service. Even though they didn't get my sale this time, I WILL be coming back to them soon for more! Thank you.

I've been using dossier for over 3 years and i'm literally obsessed. The first time i used it on my shirt i put it in the laundry and i still could smell it. Also it stays on for so long.

Awesome customer service
