Great customer service. Fast shipping! Great prices! I’m very amazed by the quality of the perfumes and the similarity to the originals I like this more than Oakcha and altfragances 🙊

I have been purchasing from Dossier for years! I love their fragrance and the ease of shopping. I had my first encounter with their customer service team and they were so helpful! I mistakenly added the incorrect shipping address and they made it so easy to correct. Now my brother will get his birthday gift on time!

My package was returned due to an incomplete address provided ( definitely not their fault) and they gladly and quickly replaced the items before the returned package was even received at their end. Their customer agents are so kind and swift in responding to your queries and most importantly their fragrances are top notch. I am hooked!

Talk about a smooth recovery, Naana! Sorry to hear about the address hiccup, but we're thrilled we could swoop in and get everything sorted before the return even touched base. Thanks a ton for the shout-out—happy sniffing!
When I made my first order from Dossier 2 years ago, I didn't think it was realistic to find excellent copies of well-known fragrances - especially at such reasonable prices. But I was pleasantly surprised to discover how authentic these fragrances smell - without any artificial notes typical of copies. I have a few favorites on repeat, but when i tried a new one and didn't like it, I was pleased with Dossier's customer service approach. I was able to swap the one I didn't like for one of my faves without paying additional shipping.
