My orders arrived quickly, well packaged. But 2 out of 3 fragrances weren't for me. Returning my order went smoothly. Customer service is great; Cristian helped me and acknowledged without issues my delayed return on the specified date due to my recent sickness Awaiting for my refund.

I've ordered from dossier several times without any issues. My last order was incomplete. I immediately reached out to Dossier via email. My email was answered very promptly. The issued was resolved 100% to my satisfaction. The reps working with me via email were all nice courtesy and very helpful. I will continue to support Dossier. I already love their products so this experience definitely was an addition.

I have been purchasing perfumes from Dossier for about a year now. My favorites are: Powdery Jasime and Gourmand White Flowers. I receive SOO many compliments that you wouldnt believe! I even bought the baccarat rouge dupe and no one can tell it's not the real thing! I just sent in an order for 3 more perfumes and I had mistaken one of the perfumes. A quick email to customer service and within 10 minutes they fixed my order,,,, I would rate this 5 stars for product and customer service! Dont waste your money on expensive perfumes well over 130 dollars... this stuff is just as good and lasts all day!

I reached out to Dossier after I placed an order that I soon needed to make modifications too. I was contacted within a very short time to resolve the issue. The communication through email was very clear and provided me an immediate resolve to my issue. I’ve been a member for a year now. Excellent products, every fragrance has been spot on. And best of all their customer service is Excellent!! One month I had to have my membership dues refunded as I couldn’t afford it that month. They were so fast and friendly. I’ve never been treated so nicely all while asking for my money back. Amazing products amazing service if you aren’t a member yet you should be.
