Speedy delivery and fantastic fragrances, Sally? We aim to please! Thanks for the love! Enjoy your Dossier moments!
I have purchased from Dossier before and was happy, so I returned a few months later once I ran out of the fragrances I had ordered first. I accidentally purchased a subscription to Dossier when I made my second order, and didn't notice until after I had been charged for the subscription in the following month. Customer service in general these days has really gotten worse, but this was not the case with Dossier. They were quick to respond when I explained what happened and immediately issued a full refund, though it was my mistake. Their fragrances are of good quality and so is their customer service.

5 stars and friend recommendations? You’re the best, Bij! Thanks for spreading the Dossier love! Let's keep the good vibes rolling!
Worth trying Got a dupe from here for my bf, one of my favourite smells for men as Aqua di gio by Armani. The quality and packaging surprised me and him. I’d say long enough lasting and smell is very close to the original one.

I had a problem receiving a order I had made, however I went to the "chat" and Andrew was very helpful and re-sent the order that was missing. I have ordered from Dossier before and I had not had a problem in the past.
