I have always had a wonderful experience with Dossier. They are a no-nonsense, straightforward company with an awesome customer support team. They award loyalty and keep the main thing the main thing as they grow and innovate. The return process is super simple and low-cost. There really is no risk associated with giving them a try. I am a loyal customer as their products are high value at a reasonable cost!

Maya, great scents, easy wins, and VIP treatment? That’s just how we do it! Glad to have you rolling with us—let’s keep the good times (and fragrances) flowing!
When I tell you I am obsessed with Dossier… I am obsessed! I bought a perfume 2 weeks ago on a blind buy! Since then I have bought 10 other ones lol! I cannot believe how amazing they smell! This are the best dupes I’ve ever been able to find! And the longevity is crazy! They last a good 8-10 hours some longer! I have name brand, designer perfumes that I’ve spent hundreds on and I get more compliments when I’m wearing my dossier perfumes!! 1000/10 for me! If you have not tried any of their perfumes I am telling you that you need to! Any blind buy you get will be amazing!

Beware! They will charge your card for a subscription even if you did not sign up for it. I checked out as a guest to make sure I wasn’t signing up for it and they charged me anyway. I keep emailing customer service and get the same auto response every time and they will not refund it.

That’s not how we roll, Jennyfer! Check out our subscription policy on the website for all the deets, and if anything’s still off, shoot us an email at [email protected]. We’ve got your back!
I accidentally submitted my order using my credit card instead of my accumulated Dossier credit. Of course this brought me a little anxiety because I wasn’t sure if this could be reversed without causing a whole lot of drama. Anyhoo, the Dossier Rep was amazing, refunded my credit card and applied my dossier credit in less than 15 minutes. Your service was most appreciated and I love using Dossier. I couldn’t even tell you how long I’ve been a member 🤭.

A little mix-up, but zero stress, right, TaKia? We sorted it out quicker than you can say “scent-sational”! Enjoy your Dossier perks!
Just a big **BEWARE***!! I bought cologne for my husband in December and just saw that they charged my card AGAIN in January and AGAIN on February 1st! If their store’s default is you’re signing up for something monthly and you’re supposed to UNcheck a box somewhere, shame on them. When I try to find my original order on their website, there’s no record of it - or my email - or any account! Yet I have a monthly subscription! To perfume! Annoyed & I had to cancel my credit card. The cologne smelled good though. Not worth the hassle after all.
