The compliments don’t lie, Marcos—your scent game is strong! And with prices like these, why stop at just one?
What made my experience great, is that I reached out to the Dossier team to let them know that I had not received my package, and asked for a replacement and received an response right way, regarding a replacement. I have received the replacement, and it took no time. Dossier has restored my confidence in ordering from them again!

A missing package won’t stand in the way of smelling amazing! Happy we could get your order back on track in no time.
I purchased a perfume from my wife and she loved the scent. However, a few days later, the inside mechanism broke where she couldn't use the perfume. I contacted your customer service and they were very proactive in sending my wife a new perfume bottle. Thank you for taking care of this for her.

They resolved the problem in no time, and I really appreciated their communication and how much they seemed to care. Thanks, guys! I’ll definitely be purchasing from you again

Review for Dossier.eu – Disappointing Delivery and Customer Service I ordered three perfumes from Dossier.eu on January 16, 2025, expecting a smooth shopping experience based on their reputation. However, my experience has been quite frustrating. As of January 21, 2025, the tracking status has not changed. It only shows that the package is expected to arrive in the Netherlands, but there has been no movement since then. Despite reaching out to their customer service twice, all I received were apologies and instructions to keep checking the tracking system—without any real resolution. Given that nearly two weeks have passed without any progress in the shipping status, and the lack of proactive assistance from Dossier.eu, I am requesting a full refund. As per EU consumer rights, if a product does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, the customer has the right to a refund. I expect Dossier.eu to honor these rights and process my refund immediately. I would not recommend ordering from Dossier.eu unless they significantly improve their shipping reliability and customer support. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will escalate my complaint through the European Consumer Centre and other relevant authorities. Order Date: January 16, 2025 Current Status: Stagnant since January 21, 2025 Customer Service Response: Only generic apologies, no real help Requested Resolution: Full Refund I hope Dossier.eu takes responsibility and resolves this matter promptly.

We're truly sorry that things didn’t go smoothly for you, Kristina. If something's still off, don’t hesitate to reach out—let’s fix it and get you back to enjoying your Dossier experience.
I ordered 3 fragrances, when I clicked on one of the fragrances it sent me to a page that offered 1 free sample fragrance. When I received my order the free sample was not included. I responded to the email that I had received telling me my order was delivered. Within a short period of time I had a response, which amazed me because it can days for other companies to respond. They asked me the specifics and I sent a picture of what I received. It only took a few hours (I was working and couldn’t respond right away) to figure out I was wrong. I needed to be a Dossier+ member to receive the free sample. My email communication with Dossier employees was outstanding. Thank you for being great.

The products are excellent, my problem was with the shipping and the company Dossier used to deliver my package. It is the second time I have ordered from their website expecting the process to be flawless again, but unfortunately, it was not. I have been expecting my package for more than 3 weeks now, the problem is the last mile company they use to make the delivery: 99minutos.com. They kept the package in the warehouse for a week, then the tracking stated the package was with the courier and in route to my address arriving between "8:00-22:00", and it was in that status for 4 full days. Yesterday I found the tracking saying my package was again at the warehouse, the company said they tried to deliver but I was not home, but I was in my house all day. No one rang the bell nor called me over the phone. Dossier please do not use 99minutos.com to deliver to México, their service is very bad, and customer service is unprofessional and rude.

Hey Rafa! We’re thrilled to hear that the perfumes are up to your standards! However, we’re so sorry to hear that the delivery experience didn't match that same level of excellence. We’ll be sure to pass along your feedback about the delivery service, and we’re hoping for smoother sailing on your next order. In the meantime, if there’s anything we can do to help, don’t hesitate to reach out!
