Wonderful experience with Dossier. Due to an issue with my shipping address in their system, I failed to receive my perfume 2 times. Third time worked after revising the delivery address and I was able to receive the perfumes. Dossier was prompt and understanding in delivery of the product despite the issue with shipping and did all they could to ensure I had a positive experience. Cannot recommend enough!

My address was incorrect in the system but I didn't realize it until after the order was placed. I emailed customer service and received a reply in less than 24 hours. They were able to make the correction before my package shipped and now I will receive my fragrances without interruption. Thank you Dossier CS Team!

I purchased 1 perfume and was automatically enrolled in a subscription. I have tried for months to cancel with no help what so ever from this company. I tried to call the phone number with no luck. I have emailed them several times. I don't want this subscription at all!!

Beautiful scents that smell exactly like the real deal, paired with a fabulous customer service team! Dossier has been a staple in my life for the past year, I adore their designer-inspired fragrances. I've just done a restock! Personally, I find that Dossier fragrances have less longevity on skin than the perfume they're inspired by, but cling really well to fabrics. No complaints here though, because at Dossier's great price-point it's inexpensive to reapply throughout the day. I carry an atomiser in my purse for easy transport and application. The customer service team are super helpful and very responsive. When I placed my last order, I changed my mind on a product and the team responded almost immediately and happily exchanged it before dispatch. Overall I'm extremely happy with Dossier and they'll have me as a lifelong customer 💗

Even though the fragrances I ordered weren't a good fit for me, I was really impressed with the prompt shipping and immediate assistance when I initiated a return.

The first person that I interacted with (Helen) was not great. She was non responsive, dismissive and just not helpful at all. That put such a bad taste in my mouth. The following person that responded- Alexandru was fantastic. Prompt, efficient, kind and very effective. Not only answered my inquiries but did it in such a kind and efficient way.
