Amazing products! I have tried them for a long time now and they are the best. As far as customer service is concerned, I had a problem with my delivery and they solved it immediately! Highly recommend this company and its products! Thanks Dossier

Do not buy anything from this company, it is a scam! You will automatically be signed up for a membership which is $3.95 and will slide by on your credit card. The next month they automatically charge you $39.95 plus tax and it continues each month until you notice on charge card bill but will only refund last month if you are lucky. Also, I tried canceling three times which the canceling action wasn’t working. I’ve emailed the company at least 7 times and had to contact my credit card company so they can no longer use charge my card.

I've ordered perfumes before but this time the fragrance wasn't what I expected, so I solicited a refund and I sent it back. They immediately replied to my emails and started the process while also being attentive and with open communication in case I needed anything else. Great company.

Dossier staff went above and beyond to assist me! I’ve worked in customer service for 28 years so I have seen good and bad customer service. Dossier’s service is stellar! I bought several perfumes from Dossier and when I received the package I realized one was missing. I contacted them and they answered right away and were super helpful getting me the other perfume. Aside from loving the products I LOVED how much they cared and helped.
