Muy buen servicio, nunca he tenido problemas con los envíos; todo llega en muy buen estado. Te solucionan siempre tus dudas en un lapso de tiempo muy corto; y el producto es muy bueno!

Any time I’ve had a question or concern about a product/order, I get a lovely response from their team within a few hours (at the most). They’re always extremely helpful and kind. Plus the fragrances are on point. Highly recommend.

There was a little missunderstanding regarding the delivery timeframe. Some pieces of information are not presented to the customer at the momento of ordering, which was what created the inconvenience. However, taking those pieces of info into account, delivery was on point, the scents are extremely delicious, the bottles are so elegant, so fancy, even the boxes where they come in give it an elevated touch. I took them to work and my coworkers were marvelled when I they smelled them and when I told them the price. On top of that, the inconvenience I previously mentioned was addressed in a polite manner by Adrian (if I'm not mistaken) and responded in a matter of minutes even through gmail!

i bought dossier and i have tried many dupes and have to say there packaging was professional,perfume is the best i have tried, love it and will buy more. pity they dont have portrait of a lady, bought one from jalu sydney, doesnt last at all and not that great. DOSSIER i will buy more.
