Shipping was fast, and customer service is fantastic. I was helped by Tudor in doing an exchange for a perfume that would suit me better and I’m excited to try it! They made the whole exchange process easy and explained it very thoroughly. The perfume I’m exchanging also smells great, but it’s just not preferred scent. So far, I’m very happy with the service!

I bought a perfume I never smelled before and it turned out I didn't like it. I asked to return it and Dossier informed me that they were currently having issues with returns from the EU. A few days later they contacted me to let me know that they still cannot arrange a return but that they would still refund me the whole amount excluding shipping fees and that I can keep the perfume as a gift.

Made 1.order on March 18. Didn`t arrive. Stuck somewhere in Hague as somebody allready reported here. Contacted support. Got automatic superkind answer - wait 20 days. Really? It is not 19.century. Later got another email, agreed to resent the order. 08.04. they confirmed resend. And - all the same, order stuck in Hague and never arrived. Contacted support - again automatic replay to wait for 20 days. After that got copy-paste answer about 2 fantastic options again - refund or resend. I think I deserved at least personal answer after first delivery failed. I can understand one time something got wrong with the delivery. But two times in a row it is not just bad luck.You really don`t care? Is it ok for your company to send orders to nowhere all the time and return money for customers? I asked to resend the order one more time in principle as I really wanted this order. Suggested to change the delivery method this time. And they rejected. Answer was - we don`t have another options, we don`t know where these orders lost, we can do nothing, etc. Good customer service is not about perfectly correct and super positive email texts or responses here if they are not corresponding to real actions. It is about being able to solve problems quickly and take responsibility. Only solution offered was to change my adress. As I don`t have it, I just had to cancel my order and get refund. I don`t get it, how it is even possible. You are selling goods and are not able to deliver them, not able to change delivery system which is not working and not able to resolve single case, e.g. with making separate delivery with DHL, UPS or other normal company to get your client satisfied after you failed. Ok it would be additional cost for small company, maby 20 eur or something, but your goods would be delivered and customer at least not dissapointed. It took 2 month without a result. In that time u can deliver on foot or bycicle within EU. I was realy patient but this is ridiculous. It is 2025 outside and u can not deliver small package 2 times in a row? Disaster. Order Nr.2805 (first one) and Nr.3460 (resend).
