Great Customer Service
After reaching out because I received a different scent than I ordered, Dossier was quick, responsive and great to work with doing everything that they could to make the situation right. Dossier has the Customer Service that alot of companies are missing now days. Thank you !

Sus perfumes me encantan la verdad lo recomiendo muchísimo. Tuve un tema con la entrega de mi paquete pero me resolvieron muy rápido, tienen muy buena atención y si quedan al pendiente por si tuviste un contratiempo. Obvio seguiré comprando :)

Quiero agradecer por varias cosas 1. La calidad de los productos, wow! La verdad me dejaron más que satisfecha 2. La resolución al problema de la dirección y que, también asumo que el número de teléfono estaba equivocado 3. La calidad de atención que tienen, el seguimiento, de verdad, agradecida con ustedes, obviamente estoy pensando en mi siguiente compra.

La fijación puede ser caprichosa Elo... a veces la piel y el perfume no hacen match a la primera. Pruébalo sobre piel hidratada y verás cómo se queda a contar su historia.

High Quality Customer Service
Dossier not only puts out some high quality scents but their customer service is top notch. I had a delivery go missing and they quickly solved my issue and sent out a replacement. 100% recommend Dossier and will continue to buy from them.
